Have been unable to open Thunderbird for a long time. Have tried everything I can think of and that suggested by the forum. I now wish to move my address to another provider. How can I do this?

Hi,
"Move my address to another provider" would seem to mean "move my e-mail account to another e-mail service provider because I am giving up on Thunderbird".
But giving up on Thunderbird would mean that you need a different e-mail client or web app, not a new service provider.
Do you want a new e-mail service provider or a new way to access your messages or both?
