If says that mozilla can't update because it doesn't support windows xp and windows vista, but I have windows 7 so why doesn't it update 7 either????

Your UserAgent used to post this thread appears to be Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1; Win64; x64; rv:109.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/115.0

NT 5.1 is Windows XP so either you have modified your UA for some reason or the most likely case is you are running Firefox 115 ESR in Windows XP compatibility mode for some reason.

Firefox 115 ESR is the most current you can run on Windows 7, 8, 8.1 as Firefox 116.0 and later supports Windows 10, 11. It is currently at Fx 115.18.0esr and will be supported till at least Fx 115.21.0esr in March 2025 unless Mozilla decides to extend updates again in early 2025. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/firefox-users-windows-7-8-and-81-moving-extended-support
