Can't send or reply to emails

I have been unable to send or reply to emails 9-15-24. I can get emails....I have spent HOURS on the phone with Spectrum...took my computer to a tech support person, read and tried many things..... I AM TIRED.... What changed. Spectrum apparently is blocking something relative to the outgoing email... All settings appear to be as they are supposed to be (port, etc.)

Somebody, please advise me....

First, I am NOT a spectrum guru, but if you post incoming and outgoing server panes from your account, plus error messages, there are those here who might see your post. THank you.
