You can try force-enabling it by adding NZ to extensions.formautofill.creditCards.supportedCountries in about:config then restarting the browser.

Your country? The credit card autofill feature is available to users in Austria, Belgium, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Poland, Spain, the U.K. and the U.S.

Thanks for replying. NZ here. So do you know if Firefox saves it despite not allowing me to see it?

Unlikely. It would show you some request to save it.
