Hi good day! We have been using Thunderbird for our domain mails. Since few days unable send and receive mails and the repeated error message says: CONNECTION TO SERVER STAROFSEASMARINE.COM TIMED OUT.

Timeouts are often caused by the security/antivirus app updating and becoming incompatible with TB. What's the app on your system, and is it scanning incoming and outgoing mail?
