Suddenly showing X-Mozilla Status, DKIM Signature, X-account key, etc. Why?

Suddenly, all emails that I send or receive are showing all sorts of information that wasn't there before. Examples: Message ID, User Agent, X-Account Key, X-UIDL, X-Mozilla Status, DKIM Signature, etc. How do I make it go back to "normal?"
