NEWLY Installed FireFox 57 (Quantum) - Refuses to save SESSIONS and only PINS

I was having issues before with Quantum (Would not save sessions) so I uninstalled it, Removed all the files from the APP folder on my windows 10 and re-installed it again. Sure enough AGAIN.. I can add new PINS and open tabs.. But when I EXIT the browser and return, all my TABS are GONE and only the PINS I have on the left were saved..

I just don't understand.. This is a BRAND NEW INSTALL...

In about:preferences, under the General section, have you set Firefox to "Show your windows and tabs from last time" when it starts?

So it's set to NO by default?? That's strange.. But yeah, It was set to show the home page.. Seems to be working now. THANK YOU!!!
