TB doenloads same msg repeatedly but no other msgs

Mail from comcast.net PO downloads same msg over and over but does not download any other mail. Mail from my gmail acct works fine. TB has been working great for years on these accounts.

Valgt løsning

Logon to webmail account via a browser and delete the email which keeps downloading. Also, empty the server Spam folder.

Then in Thunderbird try Get Messages

Logon to webmail account via a browser and delete the email which keeps downloading. Also, empty the server Spam folder.

Then in Thunderbird try Get Messages
