I ordered a movie thru firefox and it won't play. Want refund!!!

I paid for a movie and 5 minutes into the movie it stopped playing and said there was a licensing error. I want a refund. How do I get one?

You contact the company you ordered the movie through. This is movie has nothing to do with Firefox even though will not play. Where did you download the movie from ? If reply please provide more information about your system & plug-ins/Extensions, What version OS, Java , and if any error messages appeared, what did they Exactly Say ?

You can try these things Please : Under Firefox Tool Menu - -> Tools - -> Options - -> Content (left hand side) Make sure Play DRM Content is Ticked.
