On my other computer I can't search help in firefox as it is automatically using shortcuts. I installed some add on this morning - tab developer.x
This morning on another computer I added some suggested addons in firefox and now when scrolling the page zomms in and out instead of movung down the page. When I tried to ask for help by using the 'Search Mozilla support' it kept bringing up things that were related to shortcuts. I deleted 2 of the addons (I think) - tab developer and highlighter and that solved some other problems that suddenly appeared.

Normally, you would hold down the Control or Command key to have the mouse wheel do the zooming. See if your keys are stuck.
Type about:support in the address bar and press Enter. Under the main banner, press the button; Copy Text To Clipboard.. Then in the reply box at the bottom of this page, do a right click in the box and select Paste. This will show us your system details. No Personal Information Is Collected.
