Lost my contacts for my email!

We got a new computer at our office so I just downloaded a new thunderbird. I entered our email address and got our emails. I looked at the address book and we don't have any of our old contacts that we had on the thunderbird from the old computer. We did not back up any contacts. Any way I can get these lost contacts back?

Thunderbird address books are on the computers local drive. Get it off the old computer or from a backup that you made of your address books.
