You would normally change the background of the toolbar area by installing a lightweight theme (Persona). There are themes that have a solid color.

I don't know that a lot of volunteers will be able to put hands on Windows 10 to create custom style rules, assuming there are difference from earlier versions of Windows, but I see rule sets sprouting up on userstyles.org that you could investigate. This one probably is too dark for you, but for example: https://userstyles.org/styles/118732/windows-10-dark-firefox

Styling the Tab bar is usually not that easy with all the background images that are used via ::before and ::after rules. If you use a lightweight theme then Firefox should take care of this.

i want my boarder to look like this. this is the default theme, but for some reason my border is grey

Hi savinksy, is that screen shot from Windows 10 or Windows 8.0/8.1? Firefox adapts to Windows themes differently on different versions of the OS to try to look more "native".

it is actually from windows 8. so, if i have windows 10, im will not able to change it?

Hi savinksy, I think there may be a way to change it, but it's hard for volunteers to give advice when they aren't personally running Windows 10, because interactive experimentation isn't possible.

If you experiment with some user styles perhaps you can find one that does 80% of what you want and then we can help you modify it. Or perhaps a Windows 10 user will drop in with OS-specific suggestions.

Well, if you went to the rule I linked to and clicked through to the blog that inspired it, you can see that someone else also wanted a blue title bar on Windows 10: http://winaero.com/blog/get-colored-firefox-title-bar-in-windows-10/
