I removed add on as per example and it doesnt delete from plugins

I want to reinstall Hola! plugin. Cant download from mozilla add ons go to Hola.org and download there.

It doesnt seem to be working as it is not showing up on Comodo even though the Hola icon is telling me I'm browsing from the Netherlands.

I tried to remove and then I was going to redownload but I followed firefox instructions on how to remove plugins extensions-remove and it is still showing up in Plugins.
