Hyperlinks are no longer live in incoming mail.

My computer forced me to restart and do some kind of update today. Now none of the hyperlinks work in my incoming email. I click on them (they APPEAR to be live), but nothing happens. I went through every step here and none of it worked: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/hyperlinks-in-messages-not-working

(Default browser is set, tried safe mode, etc.) Any other ideas?

Sometimes the obvious is overlooked: check View -> Message body as -> Original HTML

If you hover your mouse over the link, does the link address appear at the bottom of the screen?
