Adobe Flash player is NOT working in firefox.

Today for the first time, sites with video in Flash will not play. See NY1.com . Any video just shows up as a black box. I can view the video using Safari on the same MACBOOK Pro. My MAC and all software is on current version including Adobe Flash.

I did update Java today so there may be a conflict with that.

Have you tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it?

Yup, still not working. The only thing changed was a Java update.

Try using Ccleaner after you uninstall it, use the registry check to make sure that it is fully removed. Make sure in the add-on page that it is set to Always Allow.

Probably not adobe related. I've posted another question as I think the issue is just with one particular web site.

I've refreshed, uninstalled/reinstalled firefox and plugins twice.
