I have all the information of my Firefox sync account but it doesn't sync, what shoud I do to get back all those past synced bookmarks, passwords etc.

I am using new version of Firefox sync, few days ago I had to re-install my OS, before I do that I synced all my Firefox bookmarks, passwords to Firefox account but now after finishing the re-installation I couldn't get back those synced bookmarks or passwords. This is serious, I am having so much confusion of this issue, can some one help me to get those synced bookmarks and passwords.

NOTE I remember all of my account's information.

Hi zoozzoo, I understand that after you reinstalled your operating system, the new Firefox Sync is not syncing back the last sync.

In order to get those synced bookmarks and passwords you will need access to a back up of your Firefox profile on your operating system from before your reinstall. Firefox sync is not a reliable back up, it is meant to be a synchronization across many devices.
