I selected import and back up menu to make back up my bookmarks but after selecting back up or html type my browser don't make backup file (json or html).

Hello

I selected import and back up menu to make back up my bookmarks but after selecting back up or html type my browser don't make backup file (json or html). In fact nothing saved after making back up. Also my check box in folder view in inactive.

Please help me.

You can check for problems with the places.sqlite database file in the Firefox profile folder.
