Lokheed Martin provided me with a link to enter their jobs website so I can register as a candidate for a position they are offering me, but each time I click on the link I get a message stating "Problem loading page" and "The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading." Please let me know what I need to do in order to access the link. My operating system is Windows XP and my Fire Fox browser version is 3.6.13. Thanks.

I get redirected to:

  • "Clear the Cache": Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"
  • "Remove the Cookies" from sites that cause problems: Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

Start Firefox in Use Troubleshoot Mode in Firefox to check if one of the add-ons is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).

  • Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.
