Can’t sign into Firefox, Microsoft authentication no longer works

Michael Hill

I haven’t used Firefox on my PC in a long time and when I did decide to start using I couldn’t sign into Firefox because my two part authentication was Microsoft Authenicator, which is no longer in service. And I do not have another email to start a new account.

Hi, are you able to sign into https://accounts.firefox.com/ ?

No it wants my two factor authentication and I can no longer access because it was Microsoft Authenticator which is no longer in use and no I don’t have the other number which I was supposed to keep. I am only able to reply to this message due to have the Firefox app on my phone. And in the app I can not access my account because it asks for the two part authorization
