the extension "TV5 dictionnaire toolbar" does not work after Firefox updates

The French TV5Monde has an excellent toolbar called "Le dictionnaire gratuit de TV5Monde". After every Firefox update the toolbar either disappears or does not work any more. In that case the message "page not available" appears. This is completely nonsense as going directly to the site of TV5Monde dictionnaire brings up the dictionary.

Chosen solution

Thanks riegey for looking into my problem. I have no other toolbar so I couldn't adopt your way of solving it. Nevertheless, I am happy that the problem has gone away. I wrote to the French producer of the TV5 Dictionary and asked them for a solution. I can't tell if the solved it, haven't heard from them yet, but the toolbar works again as before the Mozilla update. If the problem arises again in the future, I will take leave from Mozilla.

This seems to be an issue with that extension. I would bring it up with the extension's developers.

I don't see any solution. Which French native speaker alerts the site of TV5Monde?

their currently offered toolbar works for me in firefox 15. go to http://dictionnaire.tv5.org/dictionnaires.asp?Action=1&Mot=Vocab..., click on Pour Firefox (PC et Mac) & allow the installation...

This is what I id before.

I still receive this message:

The problem still remains unsolved. I shall stop with Firefoxe's automatic updates.

I was having the same problem. There was another toolbar (My Ashampoo Toolbar) blocking my TV 5 Dictionary toolbar. I deleted it and the problem was solved.
