Sites think I am running Firefox 3.0.3 but Firefox is actually updated to 13.0

Trying to log into Google+, it tells me my browser is too old. Addons won't install because they think I am running 3.0.3. My "About Firefox" says I am at 13.0 and I have been updating the browser every time there is a new release.

You have a user agent that is corrupted and that identifies you as Firefox 3.0.3
