Ever since facebook was hit w/hacking 2 weeks ago, FF *does not respond* like to used to. Hangs. Very annoying..
Have noticed FF began slowing down and "(not responding)" the day facebook was hit w/the latest round of hacking; some accts seen had harmless ads for Dell computer stuff; one acct had a pornographic cartoon. Never did click on questionable posts, etc. Have run every 'fix it' program I've got, to fix it. It's gotten worse and constantly interferes even w/my writing this msg. Please help! Thanks.

Do a malware check with some malware scanning programs on the Windows computer.
You need to scan with all programs because each program detects different malware.
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.
