When I (as I have for years) try to access email from my tool bar, I get Comcast's site with a continuously revolving loading circle in the center. Going to Comcast via URL does the same. Going to Comcast on IExplorer works fine. Comcast says because IE works but Firefox doesn't, they are not at fault.
