There is no way of bypassing Smartfilter.

What do you mean? Someone had to have set up the filter's guidelines. So they should be able to change them.

When you go to a site that triggers Smart Filter it prompts you to contact the administrator. 

I just got this laptop from a friend. It is mine now and I am the administrator but I still don't know what to do.
