I have a 5 year old computer using Windows XP and I am disabled, living on Social Security Disability. I am a computer novice - AND unable to purchase a new $1,200.00 Adobe program to replace the one that came with my computer.

I downloaded the recommended plug-in for Adobe as recommended by your site, and now - while adobe shows forms accurately on screen - it prints completely corrupted. (For example - IRS forms print in something that looks like machine programming language.) My Adobe is completely corrupted - I cannot even use IE browser to print forms.

It literally worked fine 5 minutes before your FF4 update.

What do I do now? I've since tried a "find or fix" to my system - so there's no way to make a system restore work.

You can install the newest version of the free Adobe Reader .

Restart FF4 after you do this.

I did. It will not operate with the FF4 browser. Not ever. I've given up and am using IE - and just dealing with the nightmare of the 400 million spam ads and cookies it allows. At least I can download the Adobe files I need to.

FF4 techs need to re-design their compatibility add on for Adobe 10. Period.
