Why won't my Rocketfish 2.4G Laser Mouse scroll wheel work on Firefox? The page jumps up and down when I try to use the scroll wheel and I never get anywhere.

The only way I can scroll up and down the page with this mouse is to put the cursor on the scroll bar and pull the bar up and down.
