Auto buffering of video files

Hi.

I tested FFF 3.6.15 and FF 4 RC. I create simple html page with < video > tag with link to http://*.ogv file. Testing under 3.16.15 will not automatically starting downloading (buffering) video (it downloads about 10MB and then stops) while under FF 4 it starts automatically and buffer all stream (300MB). How to diseable this?
