For example, I have link on the web-page: http://adam-a-nt.livejournal.com/278141.html The link to my site http://трезвение.рф works incorrectly from site livejournal.com, although this link opened correctly in the address line of firefox.

Looks like this bug: Bug 502644 – Links in "view source" for IDN pages refer wrong URIs
