My cursor control keys don't funtion properly even in Safe Mode, but are fine in all other programs + browsers.
I thought the thread re: add-on Delicious casuing this was going to be my answer, but no, even in Safe Mode the PgUp/Dn and Cursor Up/Dn start of working erratically for 4 - 5 hits, then they stop moving. Everything is fine in Chrome, IE.

In Firefox 3.6 and later versions you can disable the F7 shortcut that toggles caret browsing by setting the pref accessibility.browsewithcaret_shortcut.enabled to false.

Caret browsing it was, <F7> fixed it. Thank you very much, I was not at all eager to switch my standard browser.

Caret browsing is not the issue for me. Also, I noticed some folks disabled Delicious add on but I don't have that add on. Any other thoughts as to why my arrow keys are not working?
