my computer restarted on me, usually firefox saves the sites u were on , this time it did not, how can i get the sites i was on before it restarted

At the top of the Firefox window, click on the History menu. If the pages are not listed there, click on "Show All History"

Session restore works more reliable if you choose Tools > Options > General|Main > Startup: "When Firefox Starts": "Show my windows and tabs from last time"

Do you see any links in History > "Recently Closed Tabs" or "Recently Closed Windows" ?
