I cannot connect to www.yahoo.com or www.google.com. However, I can connect to www.bing.com. This tells me that there may be some kind of block. Any thoughts?

I have Windows XP. I have been unable to connect to www.yahoo.com and www.google.com. However, I can connect to www.bing.com. I removed Netscape and installed Firefox. I was hoping this would solve my problem, but it has not. I installed AVG. I thought that perhaps there was a virus, but that did not work either. I have cleared the cache and history. Any thoughts?
