Hello,

First, try clearing browser cache. To do so, get to menu > settings > Privacy & Security, then scroll down to cookies and site data, and click clear data. Make sure to select "cached web content" and then click clear.

Next, try going into troubleshoot mode. To do so, go to menu > help > troubleshoot mode, and see if it loads. If it loads then an extension caused the problem.

Next, try disabling any VPN's or proxies you may have configured for your PC.

Lastly, try turning off OCSP querying. To do so, go to menu > settings > Privacy & Security > certificates and uncheck "Query OCSP responder servers to confirm the current validity of certificates".
