Need to download address book but cannot find MAB file, only abook.sqlite files
I am trying to get my Address Book(s) off an old PC that barely has any resolution. I cannot locate any MAB files, only SQLITE files (abook, etc.). What is the file that the address book is found in?

prior to ver 78 it was abook.mab, but 78 converted to abook.sqlite
Thank you. So is it possible to download it from your laptop to a cloud? How would one import it to a new version of Thunderbird?
If all you have is a MAB then this link will do it: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1387800
or click the addressbook pane and at bottom left is an import button. click it.
