Recent update has broken my Bank Bill Pay capability

Bill Gibbons

I am a TD Bank customer who uses their Bill Pay feature. A recent FireFox update now prevents me from completing my payment sequence. Please alert me how this can be fixed. I like the FireFox browser but will remove it from my computer if no fix is offered. When I use Google Crome I have no problem completing my payment sequence. Thank you.

Seems their security vendor has managed to break bill pay services across many financial institutions — you might need to liaise with them and tell them "Akamai has blocked you", they might be able to resolve that manually, e.g. by allowing you to use "unrecognized device" or something to that tune. Has the situation improved over time for you?
