Unable to access email page on Windows 11 P.C. although internet operating ok.

Firefox is my browser but unable to access email page, "Access denied. You don't have permission to access .... on this server". Internet operating ok otherwise. Also, I have an old Windows 7 laptop which works fine - emails available and open ok.

So you use Fx to access email, how do you do that ? How you try may give a clue.

I open Firefox and click on the email icon which is visible at the top of the page with several other well used icons like bank, Amazon, etc.

I tried it again today on Windows 11 and it worked perfectly, no problems. (just like it does on my old Windows 7).

So, problem over. Thanks for replying.
