my received emails disappear when messages are synchronized
I am having a configuration problem on my Android phone, configure it from the application installed on my Windows laptop. I receive my emails but they are periodically completely deleted during message synchronization. how to resolve this malfunction? THANKS

Have you checked if the emails are found within your trash / deleted mail folder?
Did you delete the email(s) on your desktop client? Doing so would normally move them from inbox to the trash folder on the server. The mobile app would reflect this after synchronization.
To see deleted mails in the mobile app, you may need to enable sync on the folder.
- Open the side bar showing your account folders
- Tap manage folders (bottom of list)
- Tap your trash/deleted folder
- Toggle 'Enable Sync' ON
