Just stop sending useless warnings about Australian Government Websites. The BOM (Bureau of Meteorology) provides weather information on request. It is a free service and does not require a subscription.

It's just saying the site is not HTTPS, nothing about subscriptions. see screenshots No browser issue and you just click past the warnings. Are there any other questions?

The BOM site itself is telling you the site is not secure if you try to use https://www.bom.gov.au/ instead of http://www.bom.gov.au/
