I manage an online creative readers group. When members post pages for critique, we receive an email notification of the posting, including a downloadable link to their upload. Three days ago, while I still receive the notice, I am no longer able to download the attachment from the notice.

I get this alert noting the attachment link as not secure.

I am unable to connect with https://www.stpaulsmaumee.org/ using Firefox or other browsers. This has been an intermittent problem for about 6 weeks. Starting this week the problem seems to exist for all browsers. No other websites seem to be affected.
