Unable to get to e-mail and bank website on Firefox

Why can I no longer get to my e-mail or bank website on Firefox without jumping through a bunch of hoops. I can get to them on Chrome with no problem. Am I going to have to switch to Chrome which my wife uses?

Some sites doesn't recognize FF as secure enough of Browser to access their site. That isn't something FF forum users can help with as that requires you contact those site and banking to ask what is recommended Browser to use to access their site.
