I have just updated Thunderbird. Everything has changed including deleting all the information in my Address Book??

How do i get the address book contents back?

Chosen solution

Before I received the message I tried a variety of things. Out of desperation I went enter a new address and magically before I could enter anything in, the address book was fully populated again.

After startup, and after accessing the address book, please check tools > Developer > error console for errors
