Receiving Emails from certain email address

Hello, With my email, I am not getting any from my dad (just started 5 days ago)... he uses a Bigpond email address. I have received emails from him in the past but now none of them are getting through. On his end it looks as they that have been sent and gone through, I just never get them. I have no filters on my email so not in junk etc... and not in the online site either.

Also - at the same time, I am getting emails out of order... If one email sent to a group, I am often getting a group members reply before I get the original email....

I am worried I am not getting other important emails

UPDATE - I am also not getting emails from iinet emails and bigpond and when I look for emails from Telstra in the past - they do not open,,,,
