For purpose of backing up key computer files, I would like to be able to find the file or folder containing all my Thunderbird e-mails, on a Windows computer. I used to be able to find it, but I can't since updating my Thunderbird.

It is recommended to backup the entire Thunderbird profile, which contains all your data. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profiles-where-thunderbird-stores-user-data#w_backing-up-a-profile
