Attachments don't open from specific addresses

Been frustrated by the fact that recently attachments from certain addresses don't open. I can save them to disk and then open them no problem. But if I send the same file from say a Google address, they open fine.

The one big difference I noticed in the source of 2 different emails (one opening, one not) is that the one that doesn't open has a file name like this:

Content-Type: APPLICATION/VND.MS-EXCEL.12; 

name="=?utf-8?Q?TA2525MH=5Fcat_pump_5CPQ6221=5F=D0=BF=D0=BE=D0=B4=D1=82=D0=B2=D0=B5=D1=80=D0=B6=D0=B4=D0=B5=D0=BD=D0=B8=D0=B5=5F270122=2Exlsx?="

Content-transfer-encoding: base64 Content-Disposition: attachment;

I am using Thunderbird on 2 different Linux computers (gnome desktop) and they both behave the same way. The computer I am currently on is using Thunderbird 91.6.2.

Try the 91.7 release. I have at least one report it fixed issues with file opening.
