The firefox on my phone allows me to speak what i want to SEARCH for from the URL box. EX: "show me lawn mowers for sale near me". I want to be able to do the same thing on my laptop. How do i do that? Yes i do have an internal microphone.

Firefox doesn't have a built-in feature for that on Windows. But if you click in the field that you want to fill using your voice, then you can use the Windows 10 dictation feature by pressing Windows key + H as described in this Microsoft support article:
