How to remove header and footer when printing?

Hi, I have found similiar questions but the answers only goes halfway. I want the header and footer gone, not just the information. I print from Pastel Accounting and I've got like a 40mm white space at the top which cuases the last few lines to be printed on a new page. I want to completely remove the header and footer fields from my printouts. Any help would be greatly appreciated thank you.

I think those are in the printer options.

What are the top and bottom margins set for?

With US Letter / Legal paper sizes try using 0.25 or 0.30 for those margins.
