I do everything I need through my smartphone. I therefore do not have a second device to add to my installation, and cannot complete the installation. How do I finalise my installation?

Installation is completed; this is just a suggestion to add a 2nd device.

Actually, there's no need nor sense to set up a Firefox Sync on only one device.

The option of creating a Firefox account is optional as it is not required whether you use Firefox on one or multiple different devices.
