It is impossible to scroll all the way down to the end of long dropdown menus on my second monitor on OSX.

If I go to something like https://sfbay.craigslist.org/search/sfc/sss and click the category dropdown menu, I can't scroll past "motorcycles" the scroll bar is already at the bottom of the list and there is no way to see any option past this. If I leave my mouse hovering over the menu and use the arrow keys, I can go lower in the list, but I cannot see what I have selected until I hit enter.

This is only a problem on my second monitor, this is on an iMac 5k with a Dell 2408WFP monitor as a second monitor. Running OSX 10.13.4, but this has been a bug for awhile, I think ever since firefox changed to it's new style dropdown menus.

I assume this is somehow related to the iMac 5K running it's 5K screen scaled, and not at it's native resolution (it does this by default) and running secondary monitors un-scaled. If I drag firefox onto the iMac main screen, dropdowns work just fine, they are only broken on the dell monitor.

I'm using a USB mouse, not trackpad, and it has a scroll wheel.
