My quota is full. The system gives me an error message when I try to delete. I went to the troubleshooting site and followed the instruction for deleting corrupted trash folders. I did it twice. I'm still not able to delete.

re :My quota is full

Have you compacted folders to remove all 'marked as deleted' emails? Have you emptied Junk / Spam and also compacted the folder?
