how do I increase volume, when playing a song on you tube?

I am running win 10.0.15063, which I installed about a month ago. Shortly after the installation the sound on You tube videos

became very low, and I was unable to increase volume. All drivers are up to date. During my research, I came across an article,

mentioning update number , KB2962407, which was supposed to have affected you tube playback. However, I cannot find that update

on any of my updates, All help will be greatly appreciated

If you already have the player volume control at maximum, you may need to check the Windows Volume Mixer. To access that, while the player is playing, right-click the icon that looks like a little speaker toward the right end of the Windows Taskbar and choose Open Volume Mixer.

Here you should see whether the volume is coming from Firefox directly, or from the Flash player, and be able to increase the application volume. Here's an old screenshot as an example:
