Trying to import Outlook email to Thunderbird. I downloaded 31.8 to use the import wizard. It doesn't list an account to import I am not very computer literate. Any help is appreciated

I seem to remember that Outlook accounts are only listed if Outlook is installed as your default mail reader. Open Outlook, go to menu File > Options > General and click on Standard Programs to configure Outlook as your standard program, then try again.

I seem to remember that Outlook accounts are only listed if Outlook is installed as your default mail reader. Open Outlook, go to menu File > Options > General and click on Standard Programs to configure Outlook as your standard program, then try again.

When I checked to import only address book and emails, it worked. Thank you.
